  • Chevron down What should I wear?
  • Comfortable/athletic attire is suggested. Each customer will be provided with sandals to keep on the Cave of the Winds attraction along with ponchos. A change of clothes for after the tour is a good option as you may get wet but that is something you will be able to control.

  • Chevron down Are weekends and holidays busier?
  • Weekends and holidays get very busy. Our tours are estimated to last approximately 3.5-5 hours. Although we try our best to plan and stick to schedules, some things are out of our control and will affect the time frame. Saturdays and Holiday weekends (Memorial weekend, 4th of July and Labor Day weekend) are extremely busy in the parks starting in late May and through early September. Although we still offer our tours and try our best to complete the tour as quickly and efficiently as possible, lines get very long and traffic becomes congested. If planning travel on these days we suggest to come as early in the morning as possible, book time and arrive for check-in by 10:30 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding of circumstances out of our control.
    Any weekdays throughout the season are suggested and usually run very smoothly in the given time frame.

  • Chevron down Do tour guides accept gratuity?
  • Tips are not included in the price but are graciously accepted and appreciated. If you enjoyed your trip and time with your guide, suggested gratuity is 15%-20% of your total but is given completely at your discretion.

  • Chevron down Will I be with the same tour guide the whole tour?
  • You will be with the same tour guide for the whole tour. Remember their name and bus number because you will be with them on the same shuttle for the whole trip! Our tours are full service, meaning our tour guides will be driving the shuttle, providing information, purchasing the tickets and waiting with you at each stop. They are there to help make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Because tickets are pre-purchased you must stay with that guide for the whole trip. Make sure to pay attention to meeting points and times.

  • Chevron down Is food available on the tour?
  • Eat before you arrive as there are no meals/drinks included. We recommend eating before your trip to save time. We allow our guests to bring snacks/waters on the bus for along the way, but lunch breaks are not factored into the time frame of the tour. However, there are opportunities to get something quickly if needed in the park.

  • Chevron down Do we get off the shuttles?
  • This is an interactive tour. We want you to experience Niagara Falls up close and personal! We use our shuttles to save time on getting to each location but you will be getting on and off the shuttle at each stop. We are able to cut down on over half of the walking that would have to be done on your own but there still is some walking involved. This is a good way to save time but also allows guests to get the full experience of seeing what the park has to offer.

  • Chevron down What is your refund policy?
  • We understand that things come up and plans may change. This being said, your tour purchased is valid on any date and time (as long as available) within the same calendar year. Please email as soon as you know of these changes so we can accommodate you.

    If you want to cancel your tour, please do so 24 hours prior to tour date for a full refund (credit card sales may be subject to a $10.00 processing fee).

    No refund will be permitted once the tour has begun or is complete. We have to pre-purchase each customer’s ticket for the attractions, so please be mindful of the driver’s instructions to ensure you are in the right place at the right time. Although we try our best to avoid long lines in the park and complete the tour within the predicted time frame, length of tours cannot be guaranteed. Our staff is happy to help accommodate you to the best of our abilities so please let your tour guide know at check-in if any special accommodations are needed and we will do our best to work around them.
