Niagara Majestic Tours, Inc. (“Gray Line Niagara Falls/Buffalo”) is committed to protecting your privacy and takes reasonable precautions to protect the information it collects.

A. Personal information you provide

Gray Line Niagara Falls/Buffalo may collect personal information through the Site when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you complete the “Contact Us” form on the Site or place an order.  We collect the personal information to provide you with the information or service that you have requested.

During your use of the Site, you may be asked to provide personal information such as:

  • your name;
  • e-mail address;
  • mailing address;
  • telephone number; and
  • credit card information

Gray Line Niagara Falls/Buffalo’s website server automatically collects the following non-personally identifiable information from visitors to the website:

We do not link any of the above information with information that is personally identifiable to you. We collect this data in an aggregate format for a number of reasons, including to understand the traffic on our website, how it is used, and how we can improve it. For example, the information about our visitors' browsers tells us what kind of browsers we need to support. Other information lets us know how many visitors come to our site and what sections are the most popular. We do not share this aggregate data with third parties.

(2) "Do Not Track" Signals

The Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals or other similar technology from users’ browsers.

(3) Cookies

The Site uses “cookies.”  Cookies enable us to personalize your Site experience, and protect the security of the Site, among other things.

Generally, the information we use relates directly to the provision of sightseeing services and the purpose for which you have provided it to Gray Line Niagara Falls/Buffalo, or for a use consistent with that purpose, unless you expressly consent otherwise.

Gray Line Niagara Falls/Buffalo does not sell your personal information.

Gray Line Niagara Falls/Buffalo may share your personal information:

6. Children's Privacy

This Site is not intended for use by individuals under 18 (“Children”).  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from Children.  If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child/Children has/have provided us with personal information, please contact us.  If we become aware that we have collected personal information from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

7. Data Privacy Rights for Individuals in the European Economic Area ("EEA") and the United Kingdom ("UK")
